Does Triage replace my CRM?
No. Triage sits on top of your CRM. It reads context (last activity, deal stage) to make briefs richer, and writes back notes and tasks so your CRM stays up to date. It is not a CRM replacement — it makes your existing CRM more useful.
Do I need admin permission to connect Pipedrive?
No. Pipedrive connects via your personal API token in 30 seconds. No IT ticket, no admin, no waiting. It is the easiest CRM connection we offer and works on any Pipedrive plan.
Is CRM push really free?
Yes. Logging a brief as a note, creating a follow-up task, or updating a contact field consumes zero credits on every plan including the free tier. We want your CRM to get more useful as a side effect of using Triage — not charge you extra for it.
When will HubSpot integration be available?
HubSpot integration requires a marketplace app review, which takes 2–6 weeks. We have submitted the review. Join the waitlist and we will notify you when it goes live. HubSpot Marketplace review is outside our control — we can't accelerate it.
Can I use Triage without connecting a CRM?
Yes. CRM connection is optional. Without it, Triage uses the domain scrape and your campaign context to generate hooks and signals. With a CRM, briefs are richer because they include last-contact date and deal stage. The CSV upload works on every plan with no CRM required.
What data does Triage read from my CRM?
Triage reads: contact name, email, company, last activity date, and deal stage. It does not read call recordings, email bodies, or custom fields unless explicitly configured by an admin on Business/Enterprise tier. See our Trust Centre for full data inventory.
Can I suggest an integration?
Yes — email integrations@triage.club. We review all suggestions and they directly influence the roadmap. If enough members request the same tool, it moves up the priority list.
