Our story

Built for the rep who has 20 contacts to work and two hours to do it.

We built Triage because we kept watching good salespeople waste their best hours on research that should take minutes. Not because they were slow — because no tool was giving them the right information in the right format at the right moment.

The mission

Give reps the right signal
at the right moment.

We built Triage because we kept watching good salespeople waste their best hours on research that should take minutes. Not because they were slow — because no tool was giving them the right information in the right format at the right moment.

The research wasn't the hard part. The right research, instantly surfaced, ready to act on — that was missing. Triage exists to close that gap.

"AI should do the research. The rep should do the talking."

The problem we saw

Every tool misses the gap in a different way.

The outbound stack has never had more options. But the gap between raw data and a rep ready to make a call has never been filled.

Apollo
Data, no brief

Apollo gives you a database of contacts and verified emails. But it doesn't help you figure out what to say. You get the who, not the why-now or the how-to-open.

Clay
Powerful, but technical

Clay can build almost anything — if you're a RevOps engineer. For the average rep, it requires table logic, formulas, and a 45-minute setup before you see a single output.

HubSpot Breeze
Platform-locked

Breeze AI is genuinely useful — but only if your whole team is on HubSpot Professional or Enterprise. It's a feature inside an expensive platform, not a standalone tool.

ChatGPT
Manual research required

You can absolutely use GPT-4 to write a personalised opener. After you've done the research yourself, pasted it in, prompted it carefully, and repeated for every contact.

The gap nobody filled

A standalone, free-to-start tool that takes a contact list and produces signal + hook cards in seconds. No configuration. No platform dependency. No research required from the rep. That's what Triage is.

How we think about it

Three principles we don't
compromise on.

These aren't values we hang on a wall. They're constraints that shape every decision — what we build, what we skip, and what we refuse to fake.

01

Honest signals only

We never fabricate confidence. An MX record check tells you a domain accepts email — it does not confirm that a specific mailbox exists. We say so, clearly, every time. No inflated accuracy scores. No "95% verified" badges we can't back up. If we don't know, we tell you we don't know.

02

Rep-first design

Triage is built for the person doing the outreach — not the admin configuring the platform, not the RevOps lead mapping fields, not the VP wanting a dashboard. If a feature doesn't make a rep faster or more confident on a call, it doesn't ship.

03

Free until you're convinced

The free tier is a real product, not a trial with a countdown clock. You can upload your list, get signal cards, and decide whether Triage is worth paying for — before you spend a single pound. We'd rather earn your trust than lock you in.

What we stand for

Four values that shape
every decision.

🎯

Honesty

No invented signals. No inflated confidence scores. We tell you what we know, and we tell you when we don't know. The rep deserves accurate information — not optimistic fiction.

Speed

30 seconds, not 5 minutes. Triage exists because the status quo wastes good people's time. If we can't deliver a brief faster than a rep could build one themselves, we haven't done our job.

🧑‍💻

Rep-first

This is not a RevOps tool. It's not a CRM add-on. It's not a platform for admins to configure and reps to tolerate. It's built for the person picking up the phone and making the call.

🆓

Freemium-real

The free tier works. Genuinely. You can process real contacts, get real briefs, and make a real decision about whether Triage belongs in your workflow — without handing over a card.

Scope

What Triage is not.

Knowing what a tool isn't is as important as knowing what it is. Triage has a tight job description, and we intend to keep it that way.

Not a prospecting tool

We don't build contact lists for you. You bring your contacts — Triage helps you prepare for them. Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are for building lists. Triage is for working them.

Not a sequencing tool

We don't send emails. We don't manage cadences. We don't track opens and clicks. Outreach, Salesloft, and Apollo Sequences do that. Triage gives you the brief before you start the sequence.

Not a CRM replacement

We push notes and tasks to your CRM. We don't replace it. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive are your system of record. Triage makes them more useful as a side effect of doing its job.

Not a data provider

We partner with data providers (ZeroBounce, PDL) and surface what they return. We're not building a proprietary database. We're packaging the right data at the right moment for the right person.

See it in action

Thirty seconds from list
to brief.

Upload a CSV, get signal cards for every contact. No configuration. No platform to buy. No sales call to take. Start free and decide when you've seen the output.
