How do I upload my first CSV?

From the dashboard, click "New list" โ†’ "Upload CSV". Triage auto-maps columns โ€” first name, last name, email, company. You can correct any mapping before importing.

How do I connect Pipedrive?

Go to Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ Pipedrive. Paste your personal API token (found in your Pipedrive profile under Personal Preferences). Takes under 60 seconds. No admin required.

Why did a brief come back empty?

Usually means the company domain couldn't be scraped (parked domain, robots.txt blocking, or no public homepage). Triage will show you what it found โ€” or flag that it couldn't reach the site.

Where do my credits go?

One credit per brief generated. MX checks, domain scrapes, and CRM pushes are free. You can see your credit usage in Settings โ†’ Usage. Purchased credits are tracked separately from your monthly allocation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Purchased top-up credits never expire regardless of plan status.

How do I delete my account?

Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete account. All your data is removed within 30 days per GDPR requirements. This action is irreversible. Brief history and campaign contexts cannot be recovered.
