Credits are added to the current calendar month within 24 hours of them completing onboarding.

Credits expire at month end — unused credits don't roll over and can't be banked.

The rules

Clear terms. No surprises.

We keep the rules short and honest so you know exactly what to expect.

50 credits per successful referral. Awarded when the referred user verifies their email and uploads their first CSV.
Credits are added to the current month's allocation only. They sit alongside your standard monthly credits and behave identically.
No limit on the number of referrals. Refer 1 or 100 — there's no cap. Every successful referral earns 50 credits.
Credits expire at the end of the month. Unused referral credits don't roll over. They're added to the current month — plan accordingly.
New accounts only. The referral must result in a genuinely new Triage account. Re-registrations with a different email don't count.
No abuse. Creating fake accounts, self-referring via multiple email addresses, or any other form of gaming the programme disqualifies all credits earned and may result in account suspension.

Abuse policy: We monitor referral patterns. Accounts that show signs of fake signups or self-referral will have all referral credits removed and the account reviewed. We want to keep this good for everyone — please don't ruin it.

Common questions.

When do I get my credits?
Within 24 hours of the referred user completing onboarding. Completing onboarding means verifying their email address and uploading their first CSV. Both steps are required.
What counts as "completing onboarding"?
Two things: verifying their email address and uploading their first CSV file. Once both are done, the referral is counted as complete and credits are awarded to both accounts within 24 hours.
Do the referred user's bonus credits also expire?
Yes. The referred user gets 50 bonus credits in their first month, in addition to the standard free allocation. Like all credits on Triage, these expire at the end of the calendar month and don't roll over.
What if my referral already had a Triage account?
Credits are not awarded if the person already has an existing Triage account. The referral link must lead to a completely new account to qualify. There's no workaround here — it's a new account or it doesn't count.
